At the fair

Many people bring their kids to enjoy the carnival rides because the county fair entertains the entire family. For example, teenagers like the bumper cars and roller coaster especially. Also, grownups test their skill by trying at the rifle shoot or basket throw to win prizes; in addition, some people get a kick out of the sideshows. The fortune-teller always has interesting to say about romance or money for something. Eventually, townsfolk get hungry; therefore, they start looking for their favorite junk food, such as hot dogs, hamburgers, cotton candy, or candied apples etc. Of course, people-watching is a popular activity too; furthermore, teenagers like to be seen with their dates. Adults get a chance to meet friends' families, and to see how much the kids have grown. The fair is a community event which we look forward to all.
