No one is perfect「my manager , Garth」

No one is perect, and my manager, Garth, is no exception. What kind of person is he? He smells bad. His manner is quite grandiose and his skeleton is wide. When he meets the subordinate, he usually asks you for trouble. So he is a person without sympathy and bad temperament.    
Garth, my manager, whose temperament is not so good. His voice is loud, incisive and grating when he is angry and snappish. Hearing he talks makes you feel uncomfortable. As long as he finds a slight problem, he behaved as if the sky was falling. He always admonishes to duplicate the similar topic. The sound is insipid and listening is always drowsy. We always feel relieved when he is making his conclusion.   
Not only is his temperament not good, his sympathy is also poor. For instance, when someone is ill, other colleagues will show their care the warmth to the person. Only he does not care the ill person. On the surface, we are polite to him, but deep in our heart, we don't not appreciate him at all.   
Although he has the shortcomings mentioned above, he has his merits. For example, he can be considerate sometimes. When the company holds the responsible conference every time, he can try to find solution to press down the matter. Although his main purpose it to protect the department's reputation, he indeed considers for the subordinate also. Another good point about him is he likes to enact the role of a director. When he directs the act in end-of-the-year performance. He speaks like a shopping salesman, also the mouth likes series bead to meet to say which without stopping. He enjoys the events and has fun with the subordiantes in same place. He laughs like a child. As a manager, he must be able to lead the scene. He is laborious completely.
   
In short, nobody is born perfect. I think the human nature is kind, but it is not perfect. If it has no meaning to deny a person because of his small shortcoming.
